Readings are personal: you may only submit your own birth data.
dharma.fm offers reflective, interpretive readings for self-exploration. It does not predict the future and is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. For matters of health or safety, always consult a qualified professional.
To build your reading we process the birth data you enter (date, time, place), your questions, and the readings we generate for you. We use them only to provide the service, protect it from abuse, and improve its safety. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Saved facts are short facts about yourself that you choose to type and save on the account page; we never take them from your conversations automatically. They belong to your account and may be used in its later readings and conversations. You can see, correct and delete them on the account page at any time. Changing or deleting a saved fact does not erase conversation messages or replies that already mention it: those go when you delete the reading or your account, and a problem report you sent keeps whatever you attached to it.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; only anonymous, aggregate service statistics remain.
You can request a copy of your data at max@krukovsky.com; we respond within 30 days. Inactive anonymous sessions are automatically deleted after 30 days.
A problem report you send us, with anything you chose to attach to it, is kept by the team as a record of the issue and its fix, including after it is resolved and after an inactive session's own data has been deleted. Deleting your account deletes your reports with it.
